I’ve just launched toolbox.commonform.org, a quick, convenient way to use various Common Form contract text analysis and modification tools on snippets of legal text. Now anyone online can quickly find technical errors, style deficiencies, and comprehensive lists of headings, references, definitions, and term uses without installing any Common Form software. There’s also a facility for renaming sections and terms.
The site never sends any text you provide to any server. Everything happens on your own computer.
