Some local Alameda County lawyer colleagues and I just published Text Prudent, a short page of tips and traps around texting, chatting, and the legal system.
The whole project came about when the three of us met in the chat box of a Zoom call continuing legal education course. Such is life in the Year of Our Lord 2022.
