The Guestbook NDAa standard one-way nondisclosure agreement
I’m happy to announce The Guestbook NDA, a new standard one-way nondisclosure agreement. Guestbook builds on the success of its two-way predecessor, Waypoint, with which it shares most of its terms.
This new form would not have been published without the support and contribution of many friends and colleagues. Heather Meeker deserves special credit for bringing Guestbook into the light of day. Thanks, Heather! Here’s hoping we both waste a whole lot less time on these, going forward.
